Supplemental Statement Writing Sessions

Service Description

Some universities require one or more supplemental essays that are specific to their school. In these essays you also get a chance to showcase your personality and values, while highlighting how the school is a good match with your profile, aspirations and goals. Once booked, I will send you pre-work that must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to our Google Meet session. In our session, we will analyze your ideas and select the most powerful story for your personal statement. I will teach you narrative structures and guide you to build a strong essay outline. You will be expected to practice your proof-reading skills prior to submitting your drafts for me to review. I will provide a guide and examples to help you. This service includes 4 writing revisions. You will send your writing sample double-spaced via Google Doc with word count limited to 20% over the maximum the essay prompt allows (eg. if word count is limited to 650, at most you can submit 780 words). I will send you feedback with examples separate from your piece to illustrate suggestions within 2 business days. This booking is to work on 1 Supplemental essay. You will go away with the brainstorming for several topics and the process and resources to work through other essays. You may book additional writing reviews separately for an additional $50 USD fee.
